High Performance
Our standard adhesive formulation provides unparalleled
performance in sealing quality and high speed operation
at far lower operating temperatures than conventional
tabbing and reinforcing film adhesives. We
engineered this adhesive to liquefy and permeate paper
fibers almost instantly as low as 180°F, making it
perfect for us on both digital and offset printing.
Besides allowing consistent and high quality adhesion to
heat sensitive printing, the lower operating
temperatures are safer for your personnel and will also
save a great deal of money by substantially reducing
wear and tear on the equipment. |
XL Grade
The XL Grade adhesive is truly a revolutionary
development for the indexing industry. In addition
to all the properties of our standard high performance
adhesive, the XL adhesive was specifically engineered to
aggressively seal to inks, varnishes and coatings.
This new advancement in adhesive technology seals so
well that, in many cases, it can penetrate the coating
and adhere to the paper fibers beneath. |
